Trooper

We met Trooper before the 4th of JULY - He is an escape artist that was picked up by the Michigan State police.  Trooper is a friendly, good tempered Malamute that simply needs attention. The officer that rescued him wanted to keep him, but was unable due to his demanding job and so Trooper (aptly named for his hero) was turned over to the humane society. Trooper had a mild case of heartworm and was skinny. He has been treated with no recurrence of heartworm, is neutered and current on all vaccinations. He is about 1-1/2 Years old.  We believe he would make a wonderful pet to the person or family that would spend the time with him that he deserves.
