Blizzard

Blizzard's former owner's health was bad, and he couldn't care for sweet "Bliz" any more. He contacted malamute rescue to find a home for his buddy while his health allowed. Bliz has been cared for, along with his mom Lakota, by neighbors, but they are moving. Mal rescue took Bliz into foster care.

Bliz is a laid-back boy, very happy to go for a car ride, have his ears scratched, and hang out with you. We are still learning more about this nice, pretty red-colored boy, so watch for updates!

Bliz is about 6 years old. His owner described him as a "perpetual puppy", so we think he's going to be real playful, once he gets used to his foster home. He needs some vetting (shots, neuter), to be done real soon, so he should be available for adoption real soon. Blizzard is Lakota's 6 year old son. He is a red and white boy with yellow eyes. Both of these malamutes have been introduced to a couple of other dogs so far. They want only fun, not fights.
